Delivery information -

To help you find the answers regarding questions about delivery of you order, click on the question below and the panel will expand with more information.

If you are expecting a courier delivery today (Monday – Friday), your goods can be delivered up until 5.30pm. We are unable to obtain estimated delivery times from the courier.

If your order is being sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery service, we are unable to determine which day your goods will be delivered, as the delivery schedule is variable, typically 1 – 3 working days, however on rare occasion’s delivery can take up to 10 days.

Orders placed before 5.30pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched same-day.

Every product on the website gives an indication of stock availability, e.g ‘In Stock’ means it will be sent immediately.

Please note that some items may be displayed as ‘Out of Stock’ or ‘Back in Stock Soon’ where stock is not readily available.

If your order contains any items that are out of stock or back in stock soon, we will ‘part-ship’ all items from your order that are available, so that you don’t experience any delay, and on a separate delivery, ship all outstanding items, once they arrive back in stock.

If your order has been shipped via a courier, they should leave a calling card on their first delivery attempt.

They will then reattempt delivery the following day.

If no one is available to accept delivery again, they will return your parcel to your local depot and await on you arranging a convenient day for delivery (excluding weekends) or arranging a pick-up from your local depot.

They will hold your parcel for a maximum of 5 working days, before returning the parcel back to us.

If your order has been shipped via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery your local postal service will leave a calling card on their first delivery attempt.

Your parcel will then be returned to your local delivery office for collection by yourself when convenient.

No. Unfortunately at present we can only ship to a UK address

Yes, in most instances we can ship to a different delivery address. However, at our discretion some high value orders may only be shipped to the card holder’s address.

Please be sure to enter the registered Credit / Debit Card Holder’s address correctly as the billing address of your order.

This must be the address your Credit / Debit card company holds on its records.

We recommend that you only set a different delivery address as a clearly defined work address (with company name where applicable).

Due to the dangers of Credit Card fraud, alternate shipping addresses that are residential addresses may delay the dispatch of your order as we confirm your details.
